As the Registered Dietitian for To Have & To Nourish, Keri Lasky, MS, RD, LDN, CLT works with individuals to educate them on making healthier choices to achieve their individual wellness goals. Keri is highly passionate about the need for individualized nutrition care that considers total body health, which is why she offers food sensitivity and micronutrient testing for her clients, as well as, personalized nutrition counseling and supplement recommendations.

Keri received her Bachelor’s Degree in the Science of Nutrition at Cedar Crest College in 2011.  She completed her dietetic internship with the College of Saint Elizabeth in 2012, and while working as a clinical dietitian in acute care, she attained her Master’s Degree in the Science of Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth as well. From 2014 to 2020, she worked for a highly reputable supermarket company where she counseled hundreds of clients and enriched the community with various programs and seminars. It was during this time she also became a Certified LEAP (Lifestyle, Eating, and Performance) Therapist.

Her passions include developing and delivering health/wellness services that actually resonate with clients in order to fostering long-term behavior change. She takes pride in uncovering the true life motivations of her clients and guiding them to action through multifaceted inspiration of the mind, body and spirit. Her peak interests include effective nutrition education and counseling skills, as well as, creative strategy to help clients with various persistent nutrition/wellness concerns that may prevent them from truly enjoying some of life’s most memorable occasions.
