Yes we do!  We conduct secure virtual (i.e. video) meetings through our Practice Better Electronic Medical System.

Medical nutrition therapy/nutrition counseling may or may not be provided by your insurance plan. Typically, plans will only cover visits with a registered dietitian when referred by a physician and/or for certain conditions, such as diabetes, high cholesterol, kidney failure and obesity. Because our consultations consider whole-body health and also includes nutrition therapy for conditions that are not traditionally reimbursable, we do not accept insurance at this time. However, we do try to keep costs reasonable given the quality of our services.

Absolutely!  To Have & To Nourish would never turn away those looking to make lifelong behavior changes for their health and well-being.  We have years of experience in helping those with diabetes, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal and musculoskeletal issues.  We simply chose to focus our marketing efforts on this specific population due to personal passion and the necessity of expert advice for these particularly stressed individuals.

  • Most recent labs and applicable physician notes related to your nutrition care. At minimum this includes a Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), Complete Blood Count (CBC) and cholesterol levels.
  • A list of all current medications and supplements (including multivitamins and protein powders)
  • Completed Client Registration Forms sent by secure email to the client following the appointment booking.

We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable and emergencies do happen. In the event you are running late, please call our office at 908-399-9213 to keep us updated on your estimated time of arrival. If calling us while driving, please use Bluetooth devices or speaker capabilities to ensure compliance with road regulations and safety.

Please allow 24 hours’ notice before cancelling and/or rescheduling your appointment with us to avoid our missed appointment fee ($30). If you need to reschedule or cancel, you can do so by calling our office at 908-399-9213.

We are located at 1334 George Street in beautiful Forks Township of Easton, PA not far from Lafayette College and the Forks Township Community Park.  Please call for directions.

You can view a complete list of our prices by clicking on the “Book Now” button on our Homepage.  Individual prices are also visible for each service from this button on their respective pages as well.  The price will be listed under the service title along with a description of the service.

Clients wishing to have a either of these blood tests done can purchase them separately from our Nutrition Memberships.  Our fees for testing include an initial assessment & follow-up counseling within that offered service to ensure appropriate care.
